Following the announcement in the change in lockdown advice by the Government, we are now in a position to offer all vaccinations for all animals in order to protect animal health.
If your pet simply needs their annual vaccination booster please follow the guidelines below. If your pet has more complex needs (e.g. health issues, first vaccination for young animals) then please use our video consultation service.
In order to preserve social distancing you will not be able to accompany your pet into the surgery, and you must book and prepay online.
Please follow these three simple guidelines to ensure your pets gets the best care whilst in for their vaccination booster:
- Ensure someone is available during the appointment on the telephone number you give us; we may call you on this number during your pet’s health check
- Arrive on time – avoid arriving early. If you are late for your slot we may ask you to re-book.
- Call from the car park when you arrive. Your dog should wear a well fitting collar and lead, or a slip lead. Cats must be in carriers. We will ask you to attach your dog’s lead to the anchor next to the door, or to leave your cat in their carrier by the door.
Thank you for all your support over the last few difficult and painful weeks. I’m incredibly proud of the team here turning up every day in very stressful conditions to help protect the health of all our pets.
